Quilt Blocks for Andrea

I broke out of my crafting dryspell to finish these two blocks for Andrea in the KC Scrappy Bee.  She asked for blocks in a plus and minus theme (like these and these), and said she loved all shades of grey, bright red, and grass green - this was definitely something I could get into.

She gave us a gigantic strip of focus fabric to work with, so I was able to make two blocks for her:

The solids in this one are Kona Ash (light grey) and Kona Sky (a super light, super gorgeous blue)

Kona Ash again, with some Jay McCarroll Polka Blocks in green

I had a lot of fun with these and really want to make a whole wonky cross quilt!
